Shipping Information
Our shipping method is via UPS Ground or USPS. Items will be shipped within 1-2 business days of order placement. In the case of a back-ordered item, we will contact you via email to determine whether you would like to wait for the item to be restocked, or issued a refund.
Returns/Damaged in Transit
Returns are gladly accepted within one week of delivery. There will be a 20% restocking fee and shipping of the returned item will be at the expense of the buyer.
In case wheels are damaged in shipping, replacement shall be granted. This applies to all UPS shipments that allow shipping insurance. As such, return claims shall be investigated and either replacements or monetary returns shall be granted after reviewing the result of the investigation.
